(More customer reviews)I gave this book to a friend who was recently told to eliminate gluten from her diet.I also bought a copy for myself. My friend loves it, and she said that she really liked Mary's personal encouragement through out this book.It makes a great gift, and I like having a copy as well.Sometimes cooks can feel anxious when they hear one of their dinner guest has a gluten allergy. This is an easy to follow book, and there is no reason to worry about creating tasty treats for your friends with gluten sensitivities anymore.
