(More customer reviews)I think this is a wonderful cookbook.Going gluten-free can seem like a daunting task, especially when young children are involved, but Ms. Davis makes it simple and most importantly: TASTY!I really like that there aren't THOUSANDS of recipes to wade through or strange, hard-to-find ingredients.The author states that these are her and her children's very favorite recipes in the world.Turn to any page and you have a meal or dessert to try right away.The book gives you many kid approved recipes in several categories.Both the UNflour mix and the soup mixes are essential for any busy cook to have on hand in order to whip up casseroles and other meals quickly. The pages are attractive and uncluttered and the recipe directions are simple and easy to follow.
