(More customer reviews)I hope no one gives any credence to the review that claims (inaccurately) that Danna's book has an inaccuracy. It doesn't!One reviewer wrote that Danna Korn's book had an inaccuracy because she says there's no such thing as an "allergy" to gluten, and he gave the book a bad review as a result (which, by the way, is like saying the entire restaurant is bad because you personally didn't like one item on the menu). But worse yet, this person's critique was faulty. For one thing, gluten is comprised of wheat, barley, and rye. With allergies, you either have an allergy to wheat, and/or to barley, and/or to rye.But you don't have an allergy to "gluten," even though some doctors will deem it that.Furthermore, the reviewer fails to note that Danna's book was reviewed by an M.D., Michelle Pietzak (one of the foremost experts on celiac disease) and Cynthia Rudert, R.D., of Gluten Intolerance Group -- again, one of the foremost experts.Danna doesn't make this stuff up.She's been doing research for 15 years, and has more knowledge than most medical professionals -- and I AM a medical professional.I think it's irresponsible and downright vicious for someone to make such a hasty and mean-spirited post that may prevent others from enjoying the wealth of inspiration and information. The entire essence of the book is about an optimistic approach, and the book is more well-researched and well-supported than any other out there.
