(More customer reviews)I just received this book as a Christmas gift and I can't really say that I'm impressed with it.The recipes sound good, but the instructions aren't that great.I think they could be a lot more descriptive.Also, itdoesn't seem to be edited really well, a lot of the phrases aredisconnected and make the directions or ingredients hard to understand. Luckily I have "Baking with Julia" so I can get the instructionsfrom that, and use the ingredients from these recipes. All in all, Iwouldn't have paid for it, but it's not a totally bad book, but you have toeither know what you are supposed to do, or have another book to look itup.I would definately recommend the "Baking With Julia" insteadof this one.
