(More customer reviews)This is a wonderful muffin book containing over 100 easy muffin recipes that use common ingredients. Better yet, preparation time is usually 15 minuets or less. Muffin varieties include those with vegetables, fruits,nuts, & chocolate. Breakfast, adult, & international muffins arealso included. There are even recipes to please kids and ones taken fromtraditional cakes. My favorite section includes 9 luscious chocolate muffinrecipes including peanut butter chocolate, mocha chocolate chip, &tunnelfudge to name a few. I also enjoyed the Parmesan tomato & sourcream streusel muffins. The book has a country feel to it. It is printed incolor on handmade style paper. There are numerous illustrations throughout.My only wish is for more information on ingredients & generalpreparation.

One day while browsing through my local bookstore I spotted exactly what I needed to get me to start baking, a muffin cookbook! I went out to get the fewingredients I needed and started baking. I could not believe how easy itwas. From that day foreword I became an avid muffin maker. This book is notonly easy but has great recipes. Even my kids have started making them withme since their is a speical kid's section in the book. The variety ofchoices makes them want to cook as well as me. I congratulate Ms. Brody onan excellent book!

(More customer reviews)This is the ultimate book for those who love to bake not just the modest muffin (although this is included), but the more adventurous and elegantly baked treat. The recipes are diverse, easy to follow and will cater to every palate. Every muffin you could possibly think of are included and then some!

My only criticism would be that ingredients such as butter is measured in cups or millilitres rather than grams which would be far easier to measure and more accurate. It is also what us Australian and English bakers are used to.

But this is a tiny aspect in what is a brilliant book.
