(More customer reviews)Don't bother buying this cookbook in conjunction with Baking European Breads because the entire book is identical with the exception of three unique recipes in the European book that is are not represented in this one.
My criticisms stem from the fact that there aren't quite enough recipes and the recipes are written in paragraph form rather than bullets. In other words, all the instructions are in one lump of space rather than neatly divided step by step.This means that the baker has to complete a step, find their place, read the next step, and start all over again.It makes the process slower and more difficult.
