I'm really disappointed with this purchase, especially since the one "recipe" that made me purchase this starts off as something like - "I don't actually have the recipe, you'll need to go down to the store and buy bread..."). Putting toasted oats on store bought bread doesn't really count as a recipe, it's a tip. Also, store bought dough baked on it's own (a 1 item "recipe" list) doesn't really count as "Subway Italian Bread" either (unless specifically marketed by the makers as such).

The picture submitted above is a picture of actual bread made by Subway and not bread you can achieve at home by following the information in this e-book.

The reason I've changed my review to 2 stars instead of 1 is that I can see how the other combinations of herbs and cheese for the other 3 she lists could be useful in getting your premade dough/sandwiches/breads to possibly taste more like Subway's, but these are by no means "recipes" as one would expect.

I wouldn't have initially felt so ripped off if the author was a bit more forthcoming in what she marketed this e-book to be. You could probably find more information for free a simple internet search. Don't waste your money on this one.
