A salad nicoise that has all the healthy vegetables a octogenerian would crave, as would his cardiologist. My grandchildren lovethe taste of all he gourmet food, of course macaroni and cheese with lobster is to swoon over.Comfort food with a gourmet touch.The recipes don't keep you in the kitchen but having cocktails in the living room where you belong.Have this book on the shelf and everyone will think you are the best chef in the USA.
