(More customer reviews)This is a great read and very informative book! I've been baking bread for 26 years and still learned lots of things I didn't know. The recipes are easy for even a beginner baker who wants clear,concise directions for hand kneaded breads with great photos. I can tell that Dean is a master baker who loves what he does and puts his hands, heart and soul into his creations. The recipes are wonderful - can't wait to try them all out. And I haven't even watched the DVD yet, but look forward to more excellent tips. This is a must-have for any baker's library.
