(More customer reviews)I wonder of the AHA's use of margarine in this book is influenced by its selling of endorsements to certain manufacturers. It's a mystery why so many recipes would require the use of "acceptable margarine" tosaute ingredients, when using a little fat-free broth would accomplish thesame thing. Still, there are a lot of excellent recipies in this book,making it worthwhile.
