(More customer reviews)This is a great book for someone who is really into making their meat purchases go farther and cut out time in the kitchen by having your meat and vegetables in one dish and the appropriate type of bread to accompany it. The casseroles range from a wide variety of meats and vegetables for breakfast, lunch or dinner and range from common to very unusual.
The bread and roll section is great.It will tell you exactly how to mix and prepare breads/rolls for proper rising and cooking times. It also gives helpful tips on how to achieve the perfect breads.
My favorite recipe is an Herbed Spinach Baked Casserole. It goes great with Baked Chicken.
